As the founder and primary therapist at Global Consultation and Therapy, I bring a multidisciplinary and systemic approach to therapy and consultation. My practice is shaped by a rich academic and professional background spanning psychology, marriage and family therapy, early childhood education, and sociology. By integrating insights from these fields, I provide tailored, comprehensive support to individuals, families, executives, and organizations

I hold a BA in psychology and sociology, as well as master’s and doctoral degrees in marriage and family therapy, early childhood education, and sociology of organizations and institutions from leading institutions in the United States. This diverse academic foundation has deeply enriched my systemic approach to therapy and consultation, enabling me to navigate complex interpersonal and organizational dynamics with precision and depth.

 

Beyond academia, my experience as a politician and former member of parliament has provided invaluable practical experience. Leading campaigns, delivering public speeches, and managing high-stakes decision-making have equipped me with a unique perspective, particularly in supporting executives and organizations. This blend of theoretical knowledge and experiential insight enables me to connect with clients at all levels—from individuals and families to corporate leaders and teams.

 

My professional journey brought me to Paris as an invited professor at the Center for Sociology of Organizations at Sciences Po. Since then, I have been conducting research and teaching undergraduate and graduate courses at Sciences Po and the Paris School of International Relations (PSIA), such as “Applying Psychological Insights into Diplomacy and Foreign Relations”, where I teach how diplomats can leverage psychological principles in their work, particularly in negotiation, conflict resolution, and mediation. I also teach “Women’s Leadership in Diplomacy, Politics, Science, and Business”, a course designed to empower women to navigate and overcome leadership challenges.
